Shipping policy
We offer free shipping on eligible orders of $45 USD or more after discounts.
The order subtotal must reach $45 after any discount codes or promotional discounts have been applied. Shipping fees, taxes, and other charges do not count toward the free shipping threshold.
Orders are prepared and processed as quickly as possible after payment is confirmed. Processing time may vary during holidays, promotional events, new product launches, or other high-volume periods.
Once your order has shipped, you will receive shipping confirmation and tracking information when available.
Delivery times vary depending on your destination, shipping method, local carrier, customs processing, weather, holidays, and other factors outside our control. Any delivery timeframe shown at checkout should be considered an estimate.
When tracking is available, a tracking number will be sent to the email address used for your order. Please allow some time for tracking information to update after your package has been handed over to the carrier.
